• Do I need an appointment to try on dresses?
    • Yes we are by appointment only. The easiest way to book an appointment is by using our shop to select your dresses and proceed to the website change room. You will be asked to select the date and time of your appointment.
      Alternately, you can use our contact form or call us at 250-857-7506.
  • How many people can I bring with me to my appointment?
    • As we have limited space, you’re welcome to bring up to three people to your appointment.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    • We can accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
  • Am I able to pay for my dress in installments?
    • If you fall in love with a dress, we are happy to accept a deposit to hold it, and you will have 30 days to pay the remaining balance. If you aren’t able to pay it off and take it within the 30 days, we will add it back to our collection and you will lose the deposit.
  • Do you sell accessories as well?
    • We sell veils, fur wraps, garters, sashes and belts, and some hairpieces.
  • Do you sell bridesmaids dresses?
    • We do not sell bridesmaid dresses.
  • Do you provide alterations quotes?
    • Yes, we have an alterations specialist/seamstress onsite for consults, or if you have any questions about sizing/custom work. We want you to feel confident when buying a preloved gown, knowing that it can be altered to fit you perfectly.

We kindly request that children are well-supervised as we need to keep our dresses in perfect condition.
